ANDGLOBAL Server Consignment Management Agreement

Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the maintenance and management of mining to ANDGLOBAL ICT Co., Ltd. in order to effectively manage the entrusted ANDGLOBAL server by the purchaser, and to set the management tasks for mining accordingly.

Article 2 [Contract establishment, rights and obligations]

1. In managing the ANDGLOBAL server entrusted by the purchaser, we confirm that ANDGLOBAL ICT Co., Ltd. has the overall right to operate the compensation.

2. The purchaser and ANDGLOBAL ICT Co., Ltd. must install and start the ANDGLOBAL server within the day before the mainnet when the ANDGLOBAL server consignment management contract is signed. check

3. The purchaser's ANDGLOBAL server shall be commissioned for operation under the customer's own judgment and responsibility.

4. ANDGLOBAL ICT Co., Ltd. is not responsible for changes in the Foundation's policy, profitability, quantity, or price of the ANDGLOBAL server.



Article 3 [Effectiveness of this Agreement]

This contract shall take effect from the next day after the payment of the purchase price is completed.

Article 4 [Contract period and AS period guarantee]

1. Server consignment operation and management contract period is 3 years in total. However, after one year has elapsed since the start of operation, when the purchaser requests to take out the server, ANDGLOBAL ICT Co., Ltd. has no special reason and after the equipment fee to be delivered has been paid, the server can be “delivered to the purchaser under consultation. Upon delivery, this contract is terminated. After the contract expires, it can be extended by one year by agreement.

2. The server guarantees free after-sales service for the first year out of a total of three years of the contract period, after which the purchaser bears the cost of repair and replacement of parts or software. All. Cancellation of the contract is possible only within 7 days from the date of deposit, and transfer is possible only after approval of the contractor and submission of documents.
